Leslie offers eCounseling to help people receive quality Christian counseling in the comfort of their own home or office because, often, people can not get into see a counselor. Emotional difficulties, travel, and availability can make it difficulty to keep in-office appointments.
Types of eCounseling:
Email, video conferences like Skype, chat like IM, and telephone sessions constitute eCounseling. I use telephone, email, and Skype. In order to video counsel, you will need a Skype account.
Benefits of E Counseling:
Scheduled appointments: There is a great deal of flexibility about the “meeting times” for eCounseling. You can work with your therapist from any computer, no matter where you are. We can work with you during “after-hours” times, including nights and weekends
Therapy vs. education: eCounseling focuses on supportive counseling, problem-solving, and education vs. Traditional therapy which incorporates a broad range of therapeutic intervention and depth-oriented approaches that are more suited to a face-to-face setting.
Conveniences: The convenience of being at home and being able to see a counselor outside of your hometown and having no travel time to the office. The convenience of not having to find a babysitter.
How to Start:
Just send me an email at email@example.com, or submit this form to get started. I will respond to you within 24 hours of your inquiry.
